wrong address given for hotel is not in bordeaux but in grandigan I had to ring from bordeaux to your office but they could not help much they eventually gave me a number for hotel but the code was wrong so I had to find someone who could help us as this phone call cost me 30 pounds so I do not think I would recommend your service I am a seasoned traveller and even using my navigation sytem I was sent in wrong direction but installed address given by you.

a value for money hotel, with welcoming staff
the hotel was clean and tidying and allowed us to check in early to our room. beware of the satelite tv thought, it only has french channels on it.

everything was great, the service fantastic even though i had a slight language barrier because i speak little french......
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
though the hotel is located quite a distance from the city centre, the frequent direct bus there mad it all worthwhile, as timewise it is ok with three or four buses an hour during the day. the room was quite basic, but vey clean and maintained well every day. the breakfast, tho continental, was sufficient and had a reasonable variety to choose from.
