Looks great in pictures but worth a pass
During my recent trip to Koh Samui I stayed at two different hotels on different sides of the island. I chose to stay at Q Signature for the second half of my stay because it was close to the action but not in it. Its a decision I sorely regretted. What I liked about the hotel: that the views are nice and the breeze is awesome. What I hated about the hotel: - The service is polite but unaccomodative. Made us wait for 2 hours to get our room but refused to let us check out an hour late - The food is miserable. The worst food I had on my entire trip to Thailand - The beach was horrible, smelly and unclean - The bike that I rented from the hotel was broken and would stop all the time. They refused to return my money or to fix it - The rooms look nice but are old and not very clean

Get rid of ants then I may go back
The Hotel setting is just Beautiful service could be best if we understood each other.you have guest from many parts of the world speaking English is very Important. I hated to have ants in my food with in 5 minutes after the food was brought in the room.staff should know simple things in English Towel Wash cloth Soap Water shower
