Good central hotel
i stayed at this hotel on my first visit to Alicante i must say i was impressed by both the hotel and the city the hotel was clean the room was spacious and comfortable it was a short taxi ride into town if you are feeling fit you could walk to town very good value for money if i come back i would definatley stay at the Campanile
when you get to town there is a really nice beach to sunbath all day a nice man rents you a sunbed and parosal for 3 euros each a bargain in the spanish sun

Not that impressed
Wasnt expecting much, hotel situated off main road and opposite a heavily industrailised harbour. 30 min walk to town centre, take the higher road as after 8pm prostitutes line the lower road which is poorly lit and poor pavement. Best suited for business not leisure
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Take a trip to the Island of Tabarca which is a 30 minute boat trip from the harbour at a cost of 17 euro’s. Try and avoid penelopes bar nearest beach promenade poor service. Take the tram to Bendidorm or sit at the beach cafe.

Good Alicante Hotel
Very clean and great value for money. Little bit out of the city centre, but very good value for money.
