Seen better days
This hotel met our needs but is obviously not being maintained adequately. The furnishings need to be updated and even the linens are quite tired. The location is good. The breakfasts are quite overpriced. The staff seems vaguely annoyed by the guests most of the time.

Great location and great room!
The hotel was in a great location close to everything. We could walk to Bairro Alto and all the Plaza’s and take the train to Belem. The room had a well equipped kitchen and there was a grocery store about 100 yards away which saved us some money. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Lisboa.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Don’t get the Lisboa Tourist Card/Pass. If you’re reasonably fit and staying at the VIP, you can easily walk to all attractions... Bring running shoes or comfortable hiking shoes however...

impressed in the best way
We stayed in eden hotel for 3 nights with friends.Enjoyed every moment.it is situated in the center of the city.The staff was very kind and helped us a lot especially Louis .We asked him a lot of questions and he found time answering us to all of them. The rooms were very clean and there are a lot of restaurants and shops in the area.We want to recomand this hotel to another people who want to stay in Lisbone.We were very satisfied.
