middle of the road experience
It took 5 attempts to get a room that was made up. Seems like their management systems were not too good. Power went out during the night and the generators came on and it was like trying to sleep under a jet. Pickup service from the airport seemed to be nonexistent so took a taxi for $26. It sort of defeated trying to save money. The trip back to the airport left on time and was efficient.

Don’t count on all the amenities working
I selected this hotel because it had a free shuttle service from the airport and it also had wireless. I was sadly disappointed from the get-go. 1) Upon arrival, the "next" shuttle was 90 minutes later. I ended up taking a taxi. 2) They only had a select number of wireless accounts, and they were all being "used" upon my arrival. After indicating..."ok, I’ll be leaving NOW then", they found an open account. 3) The shuttle back to the airport does not begin until 6am. My flight took off at 6:30am so there was no way I was able to take advantage of this "free" service. Again, I had to pay for a taxi. None of this is written in any fine print. I hope someone will find this information useful.
