Lovely old hotel
This is a lovely old hotel in a quiet neighborhood about a 15-20 minute walk from the city center. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. You will find a hair dryer in the room, but no ironing board/iron or coffee maker. Breakfast is offered, but there is no restaurant. We were there to help my daughter move to the city as a graduate student and will definitely stay there when we visit again.

Terrible
Hotel looks good from the outside, but inside is another story... Room was underground... Room was cold and damp [wasn’t raining though] Heater was on but because of humidity, ground was extremely cold and air very uncomfortable. After a cold night [used all the extra blankets but was still cold] I was dreaming of a hot shower. NO! Shower water was cold. Rang reception, and faced total unresponsiveness like it’s the first time it ever happened. Was shocked of lack of responsibility, inability to compensate bad services and overall satisfaction. I got a bad cold I still am truing to cure... Oh yeah, 1980s tvs are 12" big! with very dirty remote controller. Don’t go there.

Excellent experience!
Very attentive staff, beautiful and quite location, good breakfast, special taxi rates to and from airport.
