Great hotel with great location
This was my first time in Santa Barbara. My wife and I had a great time and this was the perfect location. We had a wonderful view of the mountains and the ocean. The hotel was right by the Wharf and State Street. The service was excellent. No complaints.

Worn down with smell of mildue...
Deceiving pictures and hotel overview. This hotel tries to look better than it is. Worn down rooms, dirty, basement smell and hidious decor - especially the hallways. A complete let-down...

Santa Barabara is really great
Hotel has a great position overlooking the harbour, pier and sea. Lovely views of the town behind us with the mountains behind. The hotel staff were very good and very helpfull. Lots of really great restaurants in the area. I would certainly return to both the hotel and the resort.
