No Customer Service
On our friends floor there was a fight between occupants of 2 different rooms. Our friends were so frightened they ended up in our room at midnight until 3am until the hotel gave them a new room. The next morning, the GM said the situation was beyond his control and failed to agree that it was the hotel responsibility to provide a safe and comfortable enviroment for its guests. We had to argue with the GM for nearly 20 minutes and then he eventually saw the fault in his argument and compensated us for the 2 rooms. Before we got to see the GM, the front desk made us wait for 30minutes in reception hoping the problem would go away. There needs to be more focus on Customer relationship rather then money making.
Excellent eating place called Hawali and fantastic shoe maker called Pauls

Well worth a visit, good service, polite staff, great location for getting around Jalandhar.
We enjoyed our stay at Radisson, Jalandhar as the hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were polite and helpful. A good choice for Breakfast to set you up for the day. It’s location is good for getting to places in and around Jalandhar. It’s a good place for couples and families.

There are a number of good Indian restaurants to visit in Jalandhar and Pizza Hut is only 2minutes walk from the hotel.
