Excellent Hotel
Very modern Hotel, great facilities, rooms were fantastic and comfortable, breakfast was superb. Was a little out of town however (only 2 stops by tube or 20minutes walk to city centre)

Good overall - but customer service leaves a little to be desired
The rooms and hotel generally are very spacious and clean, a few issues with the housekeeping and service. One of the main windows in the breakfast rooms was broken top to bottom and clearly had not been replaced for some time, all rooms in the hotel should have irons according to their brochure. Mine was missing and I was told by reception they would sort this out. Not only did they ignore this but on a second request told me they were in short supply in the rooms and to go elsewhere (maybe buying some more is a better option?)! Parts of the hotel look over some of the main traffic coming into Stockholm and this was a very good view - it is also right next to the Underground station which is ideal for travelling, the city is beautiful and overall I would recommend the City and this hotel.

Stylish hotel in trendy area next door to underground station
I loved this hotel and everything about it - my only gripe would be that wifi cost 25 SEK for 24 hours when it’s free even in youth hostels and it was very annoying as I had to re login with a lengthy username and password each time. The area is great and the hotel is signposted from within the underground station. Your hotel keycard gives you 10% discount at the department store next door. The breakfast buffet was as good as it gets. I’d definitely stay there again.
I got free wifi in several nearby cages. If you eat out at ’lunch time’ in Sweden which, depending on the cafe, can be as late as 17:00, you can get the special dagens lunch which is exceptionally good value - usually a meal, bread, buffet salad and drink for 70-110 SEK. I liked Chutney vegetarian cafe 10 mins walk from the hotel with dagens lunch for 75 SEK
