Nice hotel
Nice hotel in a good location but it did not like the rooms facing the inner hall of the hotel. Ask them a room facing the street. The minibar is all included in the room charge so you can consume anything in it free. The parking is quite expensive but cheaper then leaving your car in a garage.

Excellent Stay
The location is quite good -- close to subway stations to get around and the neighborhood looks safe. Rooms were clean and good sized. Some little eateries around and a small market nearby too. Close to tourist spot MNAC. Free minibar, which had water, soda, beer, was a definite plus. They even replenished the drinks. There is free wifi in the lobby. The staff was fluent in English and was very friendly. Definitely recommended.

Looks good but service is to be desired
The hotel itself is clean and well kept. The location is not too bad abd about a 10 minute taxi ride from the centre of the city. Rooms are a bit cramped though. Its good if you only need a place to sleep but if you are spending time in your room it will make you feel you are living in a box. The staff aren’t too knowledgeable either or don’t really make any effort. We asked them about any cafe’s nearby and they recommended we go to the city centre even though there were a few on adjacent roads (they said there weren’t any nearby). They dont provide any sort of tourist guidance or maps and are lacking on this front. The lounge they have downstairs looks cosy but when we tried to order items on the menu most of them were "out of stock". This included basic stuff like tea and hot chocolate. We even had to go to the reception to find someone to provide service in the lounge. All in all not a great experience. There must be better hotels around.
