Elegent Hotel
We were very pleased with the hotel. The restaurant was very good. If we ever return to Sao Paulo, we would go back

Very Good Hotel. Right next to the WTC.
Traveled to a conference at the WTC Hotel which was just across the road. We arrived at 9am and check in was at midday (or 3pm, I cannot remember). The desk staff apologised for not having a room ready, gave us coffee and when there was a little more delay suggested that we go for breakfast (the hotel buffet breakfast- which they did not charge us for). When we finished the rooms were ready. Excellent service. Rooms were very comfortable with some noise from the steet but OK. Typical international hotel really. There was no bath but a very good shower. Cannot say what the surroundings were like as it was a quick in and out stay for a meeting.
Traveller's tip
You can pay for a taxi from the airport to your hotel up front with a credit card just outside the arrivals. Very useful if like me your ATM card didn’t work (Problem with my Bank). The prices in the airport duty free are all in US dollars so not as cheap as you think!!!
