Excellent Hotel, Close to Tram Station, Free Internet at Reception, Helpful Staff
The hotel has large rooms, good toileteries and is easy to go to using public Tram. Hotel provides internet access with a free walk up station close to reception. The staff is very nice and goes out of the way to assist.

One night stay only
Hotel is well situated but quite difficult to access except from the Severin Bridge - once there the staff are friendly with good English. Rooms are OK but not brilliant for 4* standard - a bit tired and needing updating - Breakfast definitely expensive!!

wierd location
hotel was surrounded by construction projects,closed streets. Some stadff was friendly, others were indifferent and gave bad info about taxi’s stc.
