spoilt by check-out
good area, quiet, bed in small area, hardly able to walk round it but ok for single person, shower, loo good, aircon ok. At check-in receptionist provided map and local guidance without even being asked. At checkout manageress insisted I hadn’t already paid by credit card- turned out she had the wrong bill. Biaritz not madly interesting- if you stay here turn L out of hotel next L into pleasant small St Charles area. Also get easy and cheap bus to Bayonne, get off by river.

Extremely helpful!
This hotel was in a very central location, recently renovated - great bathrooms, though the twin room was a little small. We were delayed by a day flying home & the hotel happily accomodated us on our return back from the airport, charging the same price that we had paid through this site (just over half the rack rate!). The staff were really helpful in finding places to go & checking us in online for our flights.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Mokafina is a local coffee shop near Les Halles - much cheaper coffee than anywhere else we found, very entertaining owner & great coffee (roasted in the shop!)

Clean, bright modern hotel, friendly service and great location
Hotel is well loacated with a short and simple route into centre of Biarritz. Only a short taxi ride from the airport too. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms are clean, bright and modern and whilst the rooms aren’t enormous they have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
If you love the sea then make sure you take a walk along the coast to the sea museum, not to go in but to take in the fantastic views from the walkway over the sea to the small island, gorgeous view of Biarritz and the Pyrenees.
