Ignorant
We have booked queen bed in a double room paying extra for the confort. When we arrived they said we have no other room than this twin room.We are non smokers and we have requested non smoking room. The room was extremely smoked. And bed lining stunk of smoke.When I told to the manager all he said was we dont have any other room. They said it was non smoking room but they were offering cigarrets in the room.The breakfast was extremely poor quality!

I booked this hotel thinking its near by to attractions but Ankara is not very big it doesnt matter where you are you rather travel 10 minutes more and stay elsewhere!
