Okay for the price and location
I didn’t have high expectations based on the reviews of others, but my experience was okay. Hot water worked, AC worked, fan was in bedroom and living room. The fan was noisy so we used the AC. The bathtub needed repair but was functional. Again it was close to everywhere, we are used to Ochi so we walked around town for lunch and recreation. The grounds are well kept and security was adequate. I would stay there again. Compared to Rooms on the Beach, its 100 % better experience. The restaurant on the property is over priced so go else where for meals.
Buy meals at local places, go to the market and get your groceries and make your meal right in the kitchen at Fishermans point if you have the time.

Hotel operater swichboard did not work could not get calls in room
The furnature need to be updated and the a/c placement is over bed head , bad placement cought head cold from it.

Would stay here again!!
We were a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews, but thankfully our stay was nothing like some of the horror stories that people have written. I’m not sure what kind of luxury people are looking for at the rates they are paying... Our unit was lovely, 2 floors, 3 balconies, clean & comfortable. We encountered no knife weilding robbers or unpleasant staff. Staff may have been a little slow on response time, but come on, it’s Jamaica... Would stay here again anytime!
