Loved Venice
Pretty charming hotel within walking distance of the veporetto docks. Helpful staff when asked. The room was the smallest that I have ever stayed in, no room to walk around. Bed practically bumped into the dest and armoire. Cool light fixtures. Other rooms are larger. Decent breakfast, and I would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay
A handsome, clean hotel, quiet at night and close to lots of good restaurants. A balcony, lovely fresh towels, internet to use in the lobby. We were relieved to find it so good, since some the reviews were not great. The quickest way to find it is to walk straight up the main shopping street just behind the Vaporetti stop. Its on the left (don’t get lost in the side streets as we did).
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The No 1 Vaporetto down the Grand Canal is very scenic - but allow plenty of time. Other boats that go to the Lido without using the G C are quicker. Venice Orange Card gets you on the Vaporetti free.
