Excellent Service
We have stayed for 5 nights with my 6-year-old girl, and we are very satisfied with the excellent services. The choice and food quality in the buffet breakfast is also very good. In addition, the location of the hotel is very closed to the shopping mall with a large food court and supermarket. The swimming pool is not big but it is very nice as well. Overall we are very happy with our stay there. ^_^

Wonderful Stay
We stayed for five nights in a grand delux room with view of petronas tower. We were absolutely delighted by god service, well laid breakfast and room itself Hotel is quite suitable for families and quite close to shopping

Great location - good value
My family enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much and will use it again. My only criticism would be inflexibilty concerning early check- in which was tiring after a 13 hr flight. Other than that the staf were excellent, the breakfasts catered sufficiently for Westerners and the location is very central. The new pavillion shopping centre which is very up market is directly opposite with a great choice of food at good prices.
