Fabulous location, nice staff

This is an extremely comfortable hotel, with staff who bend over backwards to look after you. It is close to the old town (Kaleici) and has its own sunbathing platforms with direct access to the sea (a rarity in Central Antalya). Our only gripe was the bed, which was reaching the end of its useful life and was far too soft. Hence we both had temporary backache the following morning. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, and good coffee. All in all, a good experience. I think the hotel is being gradually renovated, so hopefully that will include the beds!

Traveller's tip on dining

For a memorable dinner, skip the hotel dining room and head for the restaurant at Club Arma in the old ’yat marina’(yacht marina). The restaurant serves fabulous food, the service is excellent and the surroundings are some of the best you will find in the city - a beautiful, high-ceilinged vaulted room for the winter, and an amazing deck over the sea for the warmer months. Don’t miss it.
