Noise

Hotel is under construction and the noise begins quite early. No warning that that would be a problem when I booked. Also there are tram tracks in the street in front of the hotel that are quite noisy. Yes indeed there is parking available, but what they don’t tell you is that there is a considerable daily charge for parking in the adjacent parking deck.

Very Poor Hotel

Firstly although the hotel is city centre it is in a very dingy and slightly intimidating area. The hotel is undergoing renovation and the place looks like a building site. You get woken up at 8.30am to the sound of drilling and hammering which is ridiculous. The hotel should’ve closed totally while those works are completed. Also I turned up at 12.15pm to check in and had to wait until 2pm for a room to be made available which again is a joke for a Best Western hotel. Dreadful experience - don’t do it.

Very poor.

Booked and paid for 2 twin rooms 6 weeks in advance. Get to hotel to check in to be told that there are no twin rooms only doubles. Not good enough, basically because I paid in advance they knew they had my money already and took advantage of the fact.
