Good hotel for a quick trip to Berlin
Service is not the best, but hotel is fine and clean.

Welcoming staff functional room
While I found the ’clean, modern design’ decor of the rooms to be a bit like having a sleep in a laboratory, I couldn’t fault the staff who were always friendly and helpful and let’s face it, that is what makes the difference. The hotel is in a safe, friendly part of Berlin with some excellent restaurants nearby, especially Ach Nico Ach which does really good Greek food, and the hotel has a small supermarket straight across from it for emergency supplies. There is also the bonus that the bus from Tegel airport goes to nearby Adenauer Platz, making it easy to get there and back. Recommended for those who want somewhere convenient and friendly to stay, but who aren’t afraid of a bit of a walk to get to the underground station. Good for the ICC.

Fantastic in every sense of the word!
Excellent location at the beginning of the Ku’Damm (101), a grocery across the street, a 10 minute walk to the metro, and more access to international fashion designers than you could ever imagine within 15 minutes. Book a room with breakfast (it’s worth it), no coffee or tea kettles in the rooms and the a/c is controlled by the hotel, but that is very typical for German hotels. I would stay there even if the outside temperature was 50 degrees celsius outside (122 F). The staff was friendly, helpful and very kind.
