Nice hotel
I spent one night in the hotel and was very satisfied. One thing can be improved, though. It is breakfast, which was mostly sweet, no cheese, eggs or ham and no veggies. I mean, the breakfast wasn’t healthy at all. Anyways, the hotel is nice and I would recommend it or come back.

Great View
The hotel is very dated and has old furniture nad appliances. THe bathroom is tiny and our toilet kept coming loose from the wall. The view is fantastic and it’s close to town. So, if you are just into saving $ - it’s fine. Just not for a long stay!

Great facilities for great price
My husband and I (in 50s) stayed here at the end of a 2 week tour of New England. Lovely welcoming place... a cross between hotel and motel. We had asked for a quiet room and although hotel is on main route 28 we heard no noise from traffic at all! Lots of families in over weekend...great facilities for children..indoor pool(outdoors one closed for season). ...large sandpit/beach at back with tables and chairs...large games room..... + bar for us. Free internet. Everywhere clean and well decorated (pictures and silk/plastic plants gave homely feel). Lovely well kept garden areas. Good location for places to eat and seeing Cape Cod.
