If you have enough time traveling :)
The first thing out taxi driver told us about the hotel was "can’t be farther", and it absolutely couldn’t be any farther from the city center. However, it was convenient to take a bus just a few steps aways from the hotel and just like many other reviewers wrote, it was located in a nice and beautiful place. We reserved a double room but couldn’t avoid switching it to a suite room. Since we arrived at the hotel around midnight and were extremely tired, we just decided to stay in the double room but just after the breakfast next morning, we changed it to a bigger one. The size of the room, facilities and the view, everything was better.

Great hotel for relaxation and seeing Budapest too
This is a wonderful place to stay. It is a 15 minute bus journey uphill from Budapest. But the location in the Buda hills is perfect. It really is no problem getting to and from the city as the buses are so frequent - we never waited more than a couple of minutes for a bus! The hotel and grounds are lovely. The swimming pool is an added bonus and the hotel provides free towels and robes for the pool. While we were there in the second half of September the weather was wonderful and so we spent half of the time by the pool and the rest of the time in Budapest. The food in the restaurant and the Normafa Grill was OK but not really to our taste and a bit pricey. We found more interesting, better value and livelier places to eat in the city. However, the breakfast is excellent and the free afternoon tea/coffee and cakes was much appreciated. My only complaint was that there was some noise from other guests in the corridors late at night, and at about 6am we were woken up by hotel staff noisily moving trolleys in the garden and various machinery sounds outside. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to combine sight seeing in Budapest with a bit of rest and relaxation.
