A Good Hotel. The services could be improved with a bellboy deployed on check-in.
As a part of hospitality industry, the Golden Landmark Hotel, Singapore lacks the human face. No waiters were found on any of its floors. No body attended on calling for assistance.There has been a mechanical approach to its customers rather than being its guests. Need a revamp to meet its guest delight.

was better last year
it was my second stay in this hotel because of a good location, great connection to the airport, check in as always very slow,hotel is dated, dirty carpets. I stayed in club room free internet in your room, the club longue will have pc and a printer and some snacks and alcohol from 6 till 8 pm, also breakfast is there, its nice as not many people there.nice pool area.
the train is freguent and cheap, around 30 minutes, and maybe 5 minutes walk from station to the hotel, have change ready to buy ticekts for the train.

2nd time round -has continued to maintain its standards, staff very helpful and friendly
A good quality hotel for the tourist in an excellent position for MRT and all city amenities.Stayed on a room only basis so cannot comment on the catering. Staff very professional and friendly, comfortable accomodation with all the facilities you would expect in an international hotel.Very good value for money and recommended to any potential visitor.
Traveller's tip on dining
Any visitor to Singapore should eat out at every opportunity. This is no reflection on the standard of dining in the hotel which I am sure is of the sam standard as it’s other facilities but eating out in Singapore especially at night al fresco is a great experience
