Charming, old Hawaii-style villas
Built into a hillside, garden setting, with good ocean views. Easy, pleasant walk to Brenneke’s, and Poipu Beaches. Good food, and shopping all close by. Most units are no a/c, but the tradwinds blow right through you condo. Some floorplans are two-story; some are single, but could be on the third floor, w/ no elevators - so specify, if this is a problem for you. Pool and changing rooms were nice, but under used (Everybody @ the beach!). Staff were great, and reponsive, though you probably won’t need them much. The grounds were very well maintained, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the native plants. The after hours check-in proceedure works well, and check-out was easy, and fast. Very quiet, and peaceful...But that’s why you chose Kaua’i, right??

Casa di Amici,one of Kauai’s best,on the grounds! Not2impressed w/ most places we 8. All good,none stood out.Xcept The Plantation! Great,elegant, outdoor dining,& had a nice time @their Luau. Tip 4Koloa: 4lunch,go 2the girls@Monster Taco!Little stand,@far end of town,only place you’ll see locals wait in line! W-T-F-S-S Afternoons.Made 2order on grills."6 layers of goodness,in a homemade tortilla".Blackened Mahi-Mahi2die4! Homemade fruit salsa was great.Still brings :)’s
