Very Good overall
Nice room but a little overpriced. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was too. The bathroom needed a significant sheetrock/wallpaper repair which the manager said would happen. The king size bed was real nice. The tv remote/cable system was very hard to use. The tv sat very low on the desk making it a little hard to see when laying down.

Good value in Kerrville
I was pleasantly surprised at my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Kerrville. I was in Kerrville overnight on business, and the hotel perfectly met my needs. The room was very large, really a suite, with plenty of room to spread out, and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the heat was adjustable in the room. There’s free wifi, so I could work in the room. The staff was very accommodating and the included breafast was standard fare for this caliber hotel. The hotel is set off the main drag, and the entrance is not terribly well-marked, so it’s a little hard to find. However, it’s very quiet because it’s away from traffic. The workout faciliaties are minimal, with a coulple of treadmills and an elliptical. The pool would be great in warmer weather. I would definitely stay there again if I need to be in Kerrville.

Something to look forward to
We had read the other reviews about this hotel on Expedia and found that they were accurate. This place is relaxing, efficient, clean, friendly, reasonably priced, and the breakfasts are excellent. It is also located near other restaurants that you can walk to after a long day of driving.

Hotel was nice
The hotel was nice- rooms are spacious and comfortable. Only downside was in the bathroom- when you turn on the light, the fan automatically ran. It was very loud and just about drove me nuts getting ready in the mornin.

Texas Hospitality at its BEST!!
Friendly, accommodating, & very clean!! The staff is available & accommodating at ANY time!! The Texas-shaped pool with Swan rafts was a relaxing touch. The breakfast hostess is OUTSTANDING...She’s a GREAT COOK!! everything was always hot & plentiful and if you didn’t see it, she would get it for you!! Can’t wait to go back!

I wouldn’t stay any where else!
I took my grandchildren on vacation and we stayed at serveral hotels along the way. This was by far the best hotel. It was so clean and let me tell you I’m a germ aphobic, it was great for the kids, the pool was awesome, the location was perfect. I will stay there again if I go back to that area! We loved it!
This was the best place we stayed. Clean, roomy, and the pool was great. The kids loved it. Was the most favorite hotel our whole vacation.

Great Place to Stay in Kerrville
We were very impressed with Holiday Inn Express in Kerrville. We stayed in a suite that had a large balcony, overlooking the giant Texas shaped pool, hot tub, and the hills on the other side of I10. Location provides easy access to I10. Our suite had 2 queen beds and an attached, open to the sleeping area, second room that contained an additional TV, desk, and a couch/hide-a-bed. The suite also contained a wet bar with a small sink, microwave and refrigerator. The suite was very quiet. We didn’t hear any outside noise or people. It was very clean, appeared to have been recently updated, and comfortable. There was no way to separate the sleeping area and 2nd room, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Full breakfast was very fresh and good. Our kids loved the hot cinnamon rolls they had each morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the Kerrville, San Antonio, Fredricksburg area.

Love the pool & the view!!
The hotel is very clean & nice. The pool is in the shape of Texas - my kids love it. The rooms that overlook the pool, have a great view of the mountains (also the freeway) and they have a nice sized balcony. We have stayed here 2 times and would highly reccomend it!

Staff was great
Everyone on Staff was helpful and courteous. Public Areas are comfortably decorated and there are quiet areas to read, or a Flat Screen for catching up with the outside world. Holiday Inn Express Hotels are a favorite place to stay for us.
Traveller's tip on dining
BBQ place recommended by the Hotel Staff was excellent in both price and food quality and quantity.

READY TO GO BACK
The Hotel was clean quiet and provided excellent service. The room was clean and new. Breakfast was good as well.

There are various resturants within a short distace of the hotel. The location of the hotel was away from the noise of the street.
