Very noisy
This is a great hotel but until the building works are finished at Ground Zero I would not stay again.It is extremely noisy with jack hammers till midnight or later and we were on the 24th floor so lower down would be worse. Otherwise though it is very good.

Great room!
Second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Large room (for New York). Friendly staff. We had one issue with the t.v. and the maintenance man fixed it right away. Close to Soho & Battery Park. Great place to stay in Lower Manhattan.
"Rock of Ages" is a fun Broadway Show (not for kids, though). Billy Joel was in the audience when we saw it.
