Great location.
An excellent hotel. Close to the Square. Ask for a room at the back. There is a night club across the road from the hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food excellent.
Traveller's tip on nightlife
Clazz is an excellent bar with good food and live music situated on Vanu Turc just off the main square.

Domina Inn City
This is not a 4 star hotel. No tea making facilities in the room. The room and fittings smelled of smoke. It is however well located and the staff are pleasant.

Beautiful city lovely hotel
The Domina City is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are clean, light, modern, and well equipped. The only problem I had with my stay is that if you happen to get a room overlooking the front of the hotel, your windows open out overlooking the Reval Cafe, which seems to be a nightlife hotspot. Add to that the lack of air conditioning, and Friday or Saturday nights are a choice between sweltering with the windows shut to keep the noise out, or still being wide awake at 5am due to the sounds from outside... Otherwise, its a great place to stay, friendly staff, pleasant cafe downstairs with good cappuchino, and the breakfast gives plenty of choices!
The hotel is ideally placed, about two minutes walk from the Town Hall Square, which offers lots of choice for dining. The garlic restaurant, Balthazars, is worth a look, (garlic ice cream, anyone?) as is Fellinis italian restaurant, with its own shark!! Best of the lot is the Olde Hansa, with dried elk, wild boar, and bear on the menu - and the fillet mignon is highly recommended also!
