Goood..

Even we have stayed in 3days.. It was wonderful.. But there is only a disadvantage.. the hotel is not closed from downtown. except locations, most of service was great.

Traveller's tip on dining

If you wanna have nice dinner, you should ask receptionist.. they know many nice restaurants.. especially.. churrascos and Brasilian traditional buffet..

Avoid this hotel: not impressed at all

Avoid this hotel. It’s significantly overpriced for the value, there’s no focus on the customer and the staff are surly. One example: on Saturday, the hotel had entertainment on the first floor for "an organization" that had rented the dining area. (Some kind of really lame, really loud karaoke event.) The music was so loud I couldn’t hear the TV in my room. Seriously. The hotel said it would be over by 11. I said I needed to go to sleep but they couldn’t care less. When I called at 11:30 to complain about the noise and ask when it would end, I was told it would be over "in 30 seconds." It ended at quarter of twelve. There’s no concierge, the receptionists (who double as concierge) don’t have any useful suggestions, the room price is far to high for the class of service provided, and the nearest area of note is a LONG walk up a steep hill.
