Great hoel in Banff
It’s a very nice, clean, and cozy hotel. My friends and I really enjoyed the time we spent there. They have very nice indoor poor and friendly service....great experience in this hotel.

HOT!
We had a room with a loft bedroom and it was crazy hot up there. The air conditioner in the room wasn’t sized appropriately to cool the upstairs bedroom and we sweltered. Otherwise the hotel was a good experience.

Charming
The loft-suite was charming and updated. The loft was a little bit hot as other guests mentioned. My recommendation is to turn on the air conditioner all day even though you are not there. The room and bathrm are a lot bigger than Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and I could have saved a lot of money by staying whole time at Charlton’s instead of splitting between two hotels. I definitively stay at Charlton’s again.
