No laundry Facilities
This hotel is good for visitors. Quiet, Kind staffs, comfort business center. But there isn’t laundry machine, so the guests have to put the laundry stuffs to front desk. Thus, it incurs expenses of dry cleaning.

"Needs improvement"
Rate was great and happy hour and breakfast was a lot more than expected, however the sheets did not appear to be changed upon our arrival, which is horrendous. There was hair in each bed and the sheets crumpled. After I called the front desk, housekeeping immediately came up and changed the sheets along with what seemed to be a very pleasant manager. But a/c is controlled on the wall with a window unit, and in the middle of the night I got up to go to the restroom and stepped in a huge puddle of water. The a/c had leaked several feet out. NOt the best night sleep to say the least. Front desk apologized, but didn’t even offer a future comp stay or anything. NOt very good business attitude in my opinion.

Great location, great price
Right off I-10, but quiet enough for a great night sleep. Near some good resturants.
