A good find
What a good find. The hotel was very well situated for transport and although in a busy area there was no problem with noise. Our room was not large but was clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the fact that the hotel felt individual not a characterless ’chain’ establishment. We found all the reception staff very helpful and able to answer all our questions with detailed information. We would have no hesitation in staying there in future.

Good location
The location is great, close to the Gare de Perrache (but not a bad area as you might expect so near a main station) and within walking distance of many sights. The room was small and pretty basic, but clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very average
The hotel was booked for a weekend away - looking at location and price. It was it a good location for Perrache Station (which you can get a bus from the airport to) and a short walk to the city centre. However, the hotel was old and the rooms very tired, untrendy and uninspiring. It was okay - met requirements, but wouldn’t stay there again.
