Nice hotel except for the extremely loud air conditioning noise right next to the bed
The hotel is decent and the employees are friendly but the air conditioning vent in my room made a very loud clanging noise and it was right next to the bed. I had to shut it off every time I’m in the room. The decor was pastel florida mixed with b/w photos of new york, which was strange.

Excellent hotel!!
-Great location - 5 min walk from i-drive. Approx 30 min drive from sandford airport. 5 min drive to universal. (taxi costs approx-8 dollars. Free shuttle available - would reccomend (basic but free) -Room - really nice and comfy beds. no fridge but ice available (unlimited) -Very clean hotel, lovely pool and gym area. -Staff were very helpful. -Would definitely stay again!!
November was a great time of year to go; no ques in parks and good weather!!

Absolutely great
From beginning to end the Crowne Plaza Universal was a delightfull experience, the quickest check in and out we have ever experienced. The room was clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable, we would not hesitate to return to this hotel or recommend it to others.
