Great Location
This hotel is in in a great location in the heart of commercial/retail area. The newish tram service is only a very short walk away (one to minutes) which takes you to old town, the main bus station and the Museum of Modern Art in a few minutes for one euro. Trams run every 5 or 6 minutes. Our hotel room was small but clean and comfortable and the reception staff were all friendly. In our view this hotel represents good value for money and we would be pleased to use it again.
The regional bus services are great value albeit not fast. You can travel east to Monaco or Menton, or west to Antibes or Cannes for one Euro from the central Gare Routiere.

Great location.
We stayed here for four nights in September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is half way between the sea front and train station. Ideal for getting to Monaco, Cannes etc.The room was cosy and the bathroom petite, but it was comfortable, very clean and had air conditioning, thank goodness. The staff were polite and very helpful. The hotel breakfast price seemed expensive, but the selection of food on offer is good and you can eat plenty! Nice is a lovely place to visit, but it’s very expensive!

Good location and good value
Well positioned between beach and main train/coach station all within easy walking distance. Close enough to shops and restuarnts but still in a quiet area. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice from the continental breakfast buffet table. At Euros 9-50 it might appear expensive but its good value compared to cafes.
