clean next to DLR station 10 minutes to canary wharf
the hotel is functional and clean. nothing fancy, and a bit outside of everything. still, can be recommended because of value for money as well as business location (to city airport and canary wharf), too far to the city, so not recommendable for tourists

Good location
Fantastic location if you need to be close to excel centre. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was reasonable size and clean. The only issue was that the toilet / shower was one of those plastic prefabricated sealed units in the corner of the room and the toilet smelt a bit.
Quite a nice chinese restaurant / takeaway located in the lobby of the hotel.

Business Not Pleasure
The level of appointments in our room were very good, but they were shoe horned into too small a space. The staff very helpful. We chose the hotel on proximity to London City Airport and nearness to the DLR. If you want a bed for overnight, then it will serve your purpose. However I would not recommend any longer visit. The neighbourhood is less than salubrious, but there is an off licence and take away nearby, so if you are not too precious and not easily daunted, you will be fine. You can eat in if you want. As a cheaper business stay option its fine, not as a tourist option.
This hotel is a cheaper business option, not a travellers hotel, unless you want overnight near London City Airport. The rooms are very small but well appointed.Distance from the city centre may concern some.
