Nantes airport hotel
Staff were friendly. Room was great. Wide selection for breakfast. Surroundings not great but perfect hotel if late into or early start at Nantes airport.

Excellent stopover hotel by Nantes Airport
Checkin was quick with the lady at reception speaking excellent English. The room was large for French standards, modern with wooden flooring and glassed shower room. LCD TV with BBC24 but no tea/coffe making facilities.The bed was very comfy but there was no top sheet, just a duvet. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and the young waiters were very willing though did not speak much English. Breakfast included a choice of omelette, sausage, toast, ham, cereals, dried fruit, nectarines, strawberries, apple compote, fresh fruit salad, yoghurts and croissants. There was a pizza place between the hotel and the airport but not much else. The airport was a few minutes walk away and had shops to look round but there was nothing else to do to pass the evening as the swimming pool was too cold at 20 degrees which was disappointing as the hotel is advertised as having a heated pool. But an excellent stop over Airport hotel and we will definitely use it again if we go back to that area.
Traveller's tip on dining
Do eat at the hotel. It is good food, well presented and very reasonably priced. The set menu was very good. I had Beef carpaccio with Basil, Lamb skewer with Garlic sauce, a superb chocolate tarte then coffee.
