Unfriendly Night Manager
Phoned up 2 weeks prior to our arrival to ask for an extra bed to be put in the room. The women said that was fine and she has noted it on the system. She also said it was free of charge! Brilliant!! Stayed at this hotel about a year ago, and thought it was great, that’s why we booked it again. Anyway, we arrive at the hotel, check in, told by the ’Night Manager’ we’ll get what we asked for when I asked about the bed, we get to the room, no extra bed! Ring the unfriendly guy on reception, told ’Tough luck, we don’t do that’. Offered me extra duvets so the extra body could sleep on the floor!!! Nice hotel and good location, but the unfriendly american night manager has put me off staying at this hotel again.

I Was Happy
Very happy with immaculate room, did not eat in hotel so cannot comment on that. Easy check-in & out, staff pleasant enough, no issues at all.

good room within walk of terminal
a comfortable night with all that was required to enable an early start to walk to the terminal staff cureous and helpful
