all fluff, no substance
This is a beautiful, well located hotel. The room was gorgeous. The breakfast (included) delicious. I hated it. The service is all pretend and I had the feeling that the whole time they were sniggering behind the guest’s backs. We are foodies and the concierge refused (yes refused) to help us with reservations to rated restaurants. He kept suggesting far-away bistros where I suspect he gets kick-backs. I requested an English speaking hired car for our visit to Versailles. The driver did not speak a word of English. The final bill was for 2 hours more than we used the car and they only agreed to remove 1 hour. Our room was not ready upon our arrival and when we returned, exhausted 7 hours later, we had to beg to get our luggage finally delivered. Ice is only available in room upon request. We were unaware that tips are included (by law) on restaurant bills. The hotel does everything they can to hide this fact. Do not stay here!!!!!

An excellent hotel with one of the best hotel restaurants we have ever experinced
The hotel location was superb for both shopping, sightseeing, museums. Junior suite was well worth the extra. The Hotel grill/restaurant do a taster menu which was one of the most enjoyable I and my wife have ever experienced.

Nice stay but AC need an upgrade urgent!
have stayed at Park Hyatt Paris for the 4th time. everything was great, but the hotel AC... simple terrible! Was a not so hot day on our arrival around 24 C. but ANY of the hotel rooms could have a decent AC working. Have to call the engeneering to turn off the bath floor heating and try to "fix" the AC. After 2 days, they got it "working" to some better temperatute levels. the staff was very helpful at all the time, can’t compain about that. The restaurant as always was wonderful and now awarded with a one Michellan star - DESERVED! Concierge also must be noted.
