Mediocre Hotel
Hotel not bad but room a bit old, worn and spartan. The hotel is very dimly lit with the corridors and the rooms quite dark. The neighbourhood is good, its about 20M from the Airport Aerobus bus stop and there are loads of places to eat.

Very good centrally located hotel
We had a three night stay in the Eduardo in October. The hotel is well located about a15min walk to the main square. The nearest subway is only 3 blocks up the hill and this will take you anywhere you need to go.The hotel is well placed for using the open top bus to tour the city. You just walk down to the bottom of the park alongside the hotel.Hotel room was old fashioned but had all that was needed and the rooftop restaurant was a pleasant surprise with an adequate breakfast and nice views.Right outside the hotel are a cafe and seafood restaurant both very good and popular, also better priced than further into the city.I would go back to the Eduardo and would tell other people it was a good hotel for the price.
