No Late Night Food & Hot Drink
Arrived at 11pm to find nowhere in hoterl to get hot food or hot drink and no room service. Had to phone outto order salad. Milk in room was off and lumpy. Not what you’d expect of a Marriott.

Good Hotel
Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. The pool was a little slick and needed to be updated, but overall the hotel was very nice

Decent place to stay in Knoxville...
We picked it for its location(right in the middle of the UT campus) which was perfect. Service was nothing special, room was clean but not sparkling. The beds were very comortable. My wife says the place was a terrible eyesore also, but I didnt care.
