Great location.
This hotel has a great location. It also has free parking which is a big plus for San Francisco. The rooms are adequate and comfortable. We were happy with the service as we were allowed to check in early which then gave us time to have a 3 hour tour of the city yet on the day we checked in and this tour was completely arranged for us by the hotel staff. If we returned to San Francisco this is where we would try to stay.

Not up sale but VERY nice
The hotel is 200 feet from Fisherman’s Wharf. We had a small balcony on the second floor facing Mason St. We could look down the street and see the Wharf. The hotel is not new, but clean. Free parking fore those that drive and hot chocolate and hot cocco if you want it. Only suggest, ask for a room not facing Mason St. Early morning traffic is noisy, but I still liked the room. The woman working the front desk as VERY nice and extremely helpful.

Superb location
Good priced hotel with two important plus points, free parking and wonderful location right next to Fishersmans Wharf. We had a room to the rear of the building which was a bonus as the street front rooms can be a little noisey, its a busy city. Would use again if in town. No drink making facilities or refridgerator in the room but complimentary hot drinks available from the lobby 24/7
Ideally situated for both the famous cable cars and waterfront historic trams. Both good value at $5 and $2 single fares repectively.
