Great value
Trip was both business and pleasure and this hotel offered great value for both. Location ideal for access to lively centre of Juan les Pins, 2 mins walk away, but far enough away to avoid any noise late at night. 3 star but very clean and tidy, the staff friendly and go about their duties efficiently. Great base for short break/long weekend on a budget. only 15 min walk to Antibes, would definately stay again. Only downside ’le petit dejeuner’ not upto much.
The boulangerie on the corner of the pinede or ’love tea’ offer good value breakfasts

Just a walking distance to Juan Les Pins center. But its very quite. Good location and you get what you pay...

Great 3 star
Hotel was just what we were looking for. Room was a good size. We had a small balcony with a peep of the water. Room was quiet and comfortable and serviced daily. We asked for tea and coffee supplies and were given a tray which we had for our entire stay. The hotel was perfectly situated in relation to the town. 5 minutes are you in the middle of town ready to sit down at a restaurant. It is also a short walk to free public beaches (10-15 mins) as well as all the beaches that you pay 15-25 per day for). We used the free beaches every day and although they were crowded, they were lovely. If you keep walking along the promenade there is about a mile of free public beach there which is lovely. There are one or two small public beaches about 5 mins from the hotel. Getting to the hotel, we took the 100 bus from Nice airport. We waited a long time for it but it took us to Juan Les Pins. We got off at "Regence" and walked 15-20 mins from there. We had printed a map and I recommend you do this. We got the bus back to the airport (it takes an hour and the bus is busy) but the alternative is a taxi (which is about 80 I was told or the hotel shuttle at 60). FYI you can get a train from Nice St Augustin but apparently you have to walk a pretty hard 15-20 mins to get to the terminal the option is there though. The train station staff spoke good English (as did the hotel).
Traveller's tip
We took the train to Cannes (2.60) and did a day trip to Monaco (12) Station is a 10 min walk from hotel. Supermarket is 5mins walk from hotel. I highly recommend Les Arcades restaurant (near the supermarket). For 17e before 8pm you get a 3 course meal. food quality is fantastic. Place de lys is also great (near Les Arcades). For cocktails, try Pam Pam its cheaper than the bar across the road Le Crystal and the cocktails are just as good. Take a beach umbrella if you have one.
