Look forward to going back next Spring
This is the second time we have been to this hotel and have still found it very effecient, clean and welcoming.Lovely pool and sunbathing area. Buffet food was superb and rooms comfortable. The only thing missing was tea/coffee in the room.

Good place to stay
room was clean and maid service daily, with clean sheets and towels. friendly desk staff, who always polite, and helpfull. pool was clean and there were always beds available. lovely spa downstairs from the pool which was a great way to relax at the end of the day, and the indoor pool was cool and refreshing. walk down the steps to the sea, and go snorkeling. take some bread or banana with you, and you’ll be surrounded by hundred’s of fish. Only down side is there arn’t many bars around, and hotel bar is very quiet. Places to eat out are limited, and not great. try sloanes bar which is right outside the hotel, and is owned by geordie guy, and ask for reccomended restauraunts. some will be a long walk away of a 5 euros taxi ride. hotel is about 20 mins away in taxi, or about 30-40 mins by bus. no 1, then no 3 from porta pi. only 3-4 euros so i reccomend you do this as taxi could cost 20-30 euros.
Traveller's tip on nightlife
either go to magaluf which is 10 mins away for younger people, or palma which is 15 mins away for older( mature) people.

This is not a 4* Hotel
The hotel is not far from Palma airport.Excellent cab service to hotel 32 euros. This hotel is in desparate need of modernisation. The bottom of the balcony above us had water bulges in the paintwork. Paintwork in the hotel was shabby. There is no restaurant, no room service,no tea making facilities in room. However, the staff at Reception are 2nd to none. They all get 5*’s. They are polite, smiley, informative - so, so good. The bus and train services are so good too, and really really cheap. To go from Palma to Festival Park (the local outlet shopping centre) for 2, return, was just 3.50 euros. Amazing.
Traveller's tip on dining
Be careful, starters are hugh. We couldn’t finish our mains after having had starters, so we began to skip starters and we felt we were wasting money as so much food was going back.
