Good location and helpfull staff.

Seamless stay - Wonderful Time
From the moment we arrived till the moment we left it was a great stay. Probably one of the better hotels i have stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot !!! The pool, gym and sauna were spotless and not over crowded and a very relaxed atmosphere. Will be back !!
Traveller's tip on local attractions
As two 40 somethings - We visited salt mines and Auschwitz on buses from the main bus station. Not on the organised tours. A very pleasant and extremely cheap way of doing it. They were both fully enjoyable days and sights and feelings that will live with me for ever. The guide at Auschwitz was wonderful and the microphone / headset technology made it so we could hear every word. DO a tour, don’t go on your own - you would miss so much.

Clean, comfortable & efficient.
Good hotel - clean & comfortable rooms (although beds a bit on the hard side). Lacked a bit of character, but I guess that’s to be expected from a standard chain hotel - it was perfectly adequate for our requirements & we have no complaints. We had room only & found that the Breakfast Buffet, although a good spread, was very expensive, so didn’t bother after the first morning - found local cafes instead!.
