Would recommend
The hotel is very well situated and comfortable with excellent breakfast.The lounge is one of the best I have seen in a 4* hotel. Some of the rooms are quite small and the one we were given first was only suitable for 1 person not a double but on taking this up with the staff we were moved to a larger room.
Traveller's tip
We were unhappy with the state of the city grafity everywhere spoiling the the whole appearance of what was once a tourist attraction. I am surprised the authorities are not doing enought to stamp it out.

Love this hotel staff
We have stayed here at least six times and love the friendly staff,the location is excellent,especially if you get a river view room. The breakfast is well done and the rooms are well appointed. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Beautiful views of the river & the staff were great
I went for the run of the house option - I ended up with a great room with river views. Decent size bed in a room that had a high finish. I had to ask the staff for help on a number of occasions and they very discrete and friendly.
