Didnt want to leave!
I took my parents here during the off-season in the beginning of November. I was extremely impressed with the quality of this hotel! Any cons that there may have been where majorly outweighed by the pros. We had a great stay there and are looking forward to going back again. The rooms were nice, very quiet and the kitchen was extremely convenient! Direct access to the beach was awesome! And the beach was very nice... I was very surprised by the quantity of shells on the beach... everywhere you turned you could find one! I would definitely recommend this hotel and the Treasure Island area.
If you want to go during a time when there arent many people... we were told that their off season was around August through December. We went in the beginning of November and there were some families that where there on vacation and others on vacation but it was not crowded. There was plenty of space on the beaches and we only had to wait for a table at one of the restaurants we visited all of the others we were seated at immediately.

BEAUTIFUL!
This was my first time to Tampa and I will definitely be keeping this hotel on my "keeper" list if I decide to ever go back. It was a great deal and the staff was very nice and friendly. The only wish was that I had a better view of the ocean but I did have a partial so you cant get everything....WONDERFUL trip.

We loved every minute at Sunset Vistas.
Everything was spotless. The swimming pool was very clean. Great access to beach. Excellent customer service. Cant wait to go back next year in August for four nights.
