Lovely Hotel in Rome
The location of Bettoja Hotel Mediterraneo was perfect. Almost right in the center of Rome and walking distance to nearly everything. The only downside to the accomodations was that it did not offer free wireless internet. We thought it should for the price being paid.

Service was a double fault
They badly need a lesson in how to serve a customer. We found them rude and unhelpful and the front desk staff were the worst. Our lights in the room failed and it took them 35 minutes after two further phone calls to respond. This was at 6 oclock at night (Dark)
Visit Piazza De Espagna but for heavens sake do not buy anything it is one of the most expensive areas anywhere in Europe
