Best thing is the Pool
This hotel was okay, but the best thing was the pool. As a guest you have access to a pool at a seperate resort across the street with a pool, lazy river, water slide and pool bar. I was not impressed by the hotel staff. Check out is early, at 10 am and if you ask for a short extension they charge you $50, no thanks! Also you are required to leave a $20 deposit for keys which was not mentioned on web site and you have to pay for water taxi to Lucaya.

Location
The hotel and staff were wonderful. Very helpful and accomodating. What needs improvement is someone to assist with your luggage as there is no elevator.Our room was two stories up and it was difficult to carry our bags up the stairs. Also, the food at the "restaurant" accross the street was horrible and very expensive. The location was not what we expected. We had to take the ferry to Lucaya for basically anything to do. If you want a pool and a beach it’s great. Everything else is a ferry or taxi ride away.

Really enjoyed our stay!
We had a great time. Celebrated our 50th anniversary with a weeks stay and had our son’s families with the grandkids there also. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of walking is required though, so anyone with difficulty walking would not like the arrangement. Food was great,drinks plentiful and plenty to do!
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Had a car rented and would suggest this for anyone wanting to see all of the Island and for shopping.
