Clean but needs refurbishing

It’s obvious that this property is trying to maintain some moderate quality. The furniture is very nice and the bed, although quite soft, was comfortable. The rooms have just as obviously been around for a long time and need to be completely refurished. No amount of paint is going to hide the fact that the interior woodwork is far out of date and needs to be completely removed and replaced. Also, this motel did not provide good value. The room rate was much higher than the space warranted. I have stayed at many motels for less money with much nicer accomodations.
