Get what you pay for
My nonsmoking room reeked of cigarettes and the ash tray was clearly recently used, when I walked in. A maintenance worker sprayed the carpet with some Windex (yes) upon my complaint though so it helped a little bit. The walls are paper thin and because the motel is right off of the highway you hear trucks and loud noises at all hours of the day. The bed was not comfortable and there was no fitted sheet, and the pillows were paper thin.

Not bad for the money
This place is not much to look at, kind of run down, but clean inside although very dated. Buy they do have wireless internet believe it or not. Not a bad place for the unbelievably low rate. The man who runs it is very nice.
There is no good markets or restaurants very close, but there are good places to eat and a big wal mart 1 exit west of horseheads. There is an Aldis market down road and a convenient store.
