Very Flexible, Highly Recommend
Very Professional and an front desk worker spoke Italian as well as English! I had a last minuted situation and couldn’t stay for the amount of days, I paid. When I checked in and explained the situation they worked with me to give me an extra room, instead of charging me a nights stay for changing my reservation at the last minute. My children had a blast! they and a mini playground for younger kids. The facilites looked great and the pool was magnificant! Will stay there again and recommend others to check out!

Could be better
Our stay at this hotel was good, Its really nice and has a lovely pool and rooms and staff are lovely. Only problem is its miles away from anything, Airport is €100 taxi away getting to Bari city is again €100 taxi. Other option of getting to Bari is €25 min taxi to train station then €10 train. then the same to come back. So really nice hotel but crap area nothing happening there then costs an arm and leg to go anywhere.
